To me, stillness is not being in a rush, not jumping from moment to moment, not thinking about what comes next. It is about just being still to allow ourselves to reflect on life, being calm and quiet, gaining peace and perspective by improving our ability to think, see, listen, understand and look inside ourselves for just a moment. A still body and mind gives us more space between our thoughts and actions to achieve greater clarity and focus.
