Sometimes all we need to do is step back and slow down. Hypnotherapy offers an insight into the clarity and focus that we all deserve. My goal is to help people achieve peace and perspective in their lives.

I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society and my training reflects the standards and ongoing development required by active membership.

I am currently in Year 2 of my Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling & Theory.  In 2020, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and my training via Chrysalis Courses provided the most recognised and up to date therapeutic techniques available. This gave me the ability to understand and offer help to those who feel that hypnotherapy will empower and enable them to live the life they choose.

One reason people resist change is because they focus on what they have to give up instead of what they have to gain. Hypnotherapy will help refocus the mind to make better choices and change behaviours in order to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
